About the Opportunity:
As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Knock Down Rebuild team.
Fairmont Homes NSW is a multi-award-winning builder, including being named Winner of the 2021 HIA NSW Professional Medium Builder/Renovator.
With display homes located in Emerald Hills (Leppington), Wongawilli, and Marsden Park, you'll be joining a company with a strong track record of success.
The Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring all homes are completed to display home standards and delivered on time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of site management
- Leading and communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Coordinating with office staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Bringing energy, confidence, and organizational skills to the role
- A strong network of trades in the Sydney area is a plus
What We're Looking For:
- Trade qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the building industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to liaise with clients and manage on-site activities
- Organized and proactive in managing your workload
