AJC Portables is a leading provider of modular granny flats and site offices, known for our high-quality products and innovative designs. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team. This is an on-the-tools role where you will manage all in-house trades, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities: Hands-on role managing and leading in-house trades across multiple structures Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site Ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines with support from operations for material deliverables Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors as needed Meeting set deliverables with weekly reviews What We Offer: Competitive salary package of $140K per year + super Performance-based incentives aligned with set project deliverables A supportive and innovative work environment Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Foreman in a similar industry (preferably in modular or pre-fabricated buildings) Strong leadership and project management skills Ability to work hands-on while managing multiple tasks and teams Lead by example with accountability to all facets of manufacturing Positive attitude with the ability to correct course when faced with challenges Strong understanding of OH&S standards and compliance If you're a motivated and experienced Site Foreman looking for a challenging role with excellent growth opportunities, we want to hear from you!
