Responsibilities:Daily Workshop Operations : Assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our workshop.Accurate Vehicle Diagnosis : Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose issues with vehicles, enabling prompt and effective repairs.Repair and Maintenance:
Perform both minor and major repairs, servicing, and maintenance work on vehicles, including engines and transmissions as necessary.Timely Execution : Complete repairs and tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing efficiency without compromising quality.Apprentice Training : Share your knowledge and expertise by assisting in the training and guidance of apprentices, helping to develop the next generation of automotive professionals.Warranty Repairs : Ensure warranty repairs are carried out correctly and in adherence to manufacturer workshop manuals, maintaining the highest standards of quality and complianceVehicle Inspection : Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before customer collection, ensuring they are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.Customer Communication : Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles.???? What We're Searching For:Qualifications and Experience : Hold a Light Vehicle Mechanic Qualification and possess relevant experience in the automotive industry.Brand Experience : While Mazda experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with experience working with other automotive brands, especially those with expertise in Japanese brands.Commitment and Focus : Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment and focus, consistently striving for excellence in your work.Teamwork and Autonomy : Work well both within a team environment and autonomously, collaborating effectively with colleagues while also demonstrating initiative and independence.Driver's License : Hold a current and valid manual driver's license, enabling you to carry out driving-related tasks as required.????
