Experienced Senior Supervisors - Multiple Locations

Job Description We are seeking both full-time and part-time Experienced Senior Supervisors with full availability to join The Yiros Shop across multiple locations across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
The Job involves: Opening and closing the store Supervising employees including juniors Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results Opening and/or closing store Training new employees Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's Handling customer complaints and concerns Running a drive-thru service Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use Cash handling and register operation Cleaning and maintaining the store Qualifications The right candidate must have: Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team Strong customer service skills Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations Flexibility and able to adapt to change Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order Training and development experience desirable Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry Additional Information Mandatory Requirements Food Safety Certificate -  I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
