Experienced Senior Restoration Technician $70,000 ~ $85,000 p/annum, bonus schemes available
About the Role:
PV Restorations, a sister company to Pressure Vac, is seeking an experienced and confident Senior Restoration Technician to join our team in Perth. This role is essential in continuing to provide high-quality emergency services for properties damaged by moisture, flood, fire, and mould.
The successful candidate will have strong theoretical and practical knowledge surrounding core services, able to implement industry best practices to meet or exceed industry minimum standards whilst undertaking works in part of a team environment or project lead.
Core Services: Fire damage - Restorative cleaning, processing, and documenting. Mould - multi-disciplinary, from consultation and assessment to large loss remediation. Mandatory Requirements: Holds a minimum of three IICRC certifications, or similar industry body certifications. Can provide evidence of past project experience in one or more of the above core services. Additional Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in restoration, cleaning, or disaster recovery is highly regarded. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials. Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and understands WHS protocols. Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: Restoration / remediation - BAU works, inclusive of scoping and estimating. Prepare comprehensive reports to document damage and the work completed for insurance and regulatory purposes. Customer service management, empathetic whilst remaining confident in demanding situations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards on all job sites. Why Join Us?
