Experienced Sales ProfessionalHi-Craft is an Australian family owned company with over 60 years experience building high quality Alfrescos, Carports, Decks, Patio covers, Pergolas and Sunrooms in the residential market.
We are seeking a sales professional with residential selling background to service our appointments in return for uncapped commissions, where our top earner consistently earns over $200k per annum.
If you can convert already interested home owners into sales we want to hear from you. Hi-Craft have a steady stream of leads that are ready to be visited. All new customers are qualified daily, prior to your scheduled home visit. All product training will be provided along with support ongoing but you will work independently under the guidance of the sales manager.
The right candidate will be:
a dynamic sales professional who has a proven, extensive sales backgroundfocused, confident and self motivated, with GREAT CLOSING TECHNIQUEScomputer literate and technology savvyhave a current drivers licenseAll applicants are required to have their own business set up, reliable vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and tablet.
Previous experience within the home improvement industry highly desirable but not essential if you are a quick learner and understand basic building.
