Experienced Sales Associate To Leading Agent & Director!

Seeking anexperienced Sales Associate to join this big branded & successful team.This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. With a loyal based clientele, this is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Working along side & supporting a high performing Agent Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors Booking appraisals Assisting with auctions and sale campaigns Handling all potential buyer inquiries Email, appointment, and diary management Buyer callbacks following open homes Setting up & collecting signboards Attending weekly sales meetings & training General administration duties Database prospecting, cold calls, and door knocking The Candidate: 6 months + of experience in Real Estate Sales Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License Switched on, driven & hungry to succeed Live locally on the Macarthur Area The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle The Perks: Join a well known & highly successful Real Estate brand Generous commissions structure Modern office based in Coffs Harbour Be mentored by a leading sales agent Fast-tracked avenues to progress and develop into a stand-alone agent down the track Don't look past this amazing opportunity to join a well established and high performing Agency in Coffs Harbour.
