Key Responsibilities: Oversee and produce detailed construction documentation using Revit across a variety of project types, including high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, and hotels.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Manage and mentor a small team of documentation specialists, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.Ensure all documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian standards.Provide technical expertise and quality control for complex documentation and project coordination tasks.Contribute to projects in other sectors, such as industrial, townhouses, medical, and childcare, as required.Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the documentation and coordination phases.Bonus Skills: Proven ability to engage in business development activities, including client relationships and project acquisition.Architectural design capabilities, with a creative eye and strong conceptual skills.Interior design skills, including detailing and material selection.Requirements: Minimum of 8 years (preferred 10 years) of full-time local experience in Revit technical documentation and project coordination.Advanced proficiency in Revit, with an extensive portfolio of completed projects demonstrating expertise.Experience managing teams and coordinating with consultants.Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian building codes and standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What We Offer: A leadership role in a supportive and innovative workplace.Opportunities to work on high-profile and diverse projects.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and career progression opportunities.How to Apply:
