We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our Capalaba Restaurant! The Job involves: Opening and closing the storeSupervising employees including juniorsTraining and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding resultsMonitoring store performance and meeting KPI'sHandling customer complaints and concernsCash handling and register operationCleaning and maintaining the storeThe right candidate must have: Strong and demonstrated supervisory experienceLeadership skills; motivating and leading a young teamUnderstanding and ability to enforce food safety regulationsFlexibility and able to adapt to changeAttention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running orderTraining and development experience desirableMotivation to keep your team motivated and on taskAbility to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industryWorking rights - passport and visa grant for international workersRSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
