We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals ready to start their Cert III and put in the effort for new RC Drilling roles!We aim to build the next generation of Drillers, Supervisors and Ops Managers with you... if you're ready to learn, grow and lead.Once on-site, you will learn from the best Drillers, work for some of the most recognisable names in mining, and build life-long connections while enjoying incredible rates + super!If successful you can expect:Excellent base hourly rate + bonuses and super.Healthy and tasty meals are cooked and provided for you every day.2:1 manageable FIFO shifts out of Brisbane and Townsville, QLD.Comfortable accommodation.Work with brand new equipment.Assistance with your Cert III.Career longevity and financial stability.Our team's support and guidance.Work off stress at the site's gym.Uniforms and PPE provided.And more.What is expected of you on the job:Listen to the Driller and follow their guidanceConducting daily pre-start equipment checksCompleting necessary safety paperwork and processesAssisting with routine rig / machine / equipment / tool maintenance and cleaningLoading and unloading heavy vehiclesAssist in set up / dismantle / move rigs and associated equipmentManual Handling of drill rods, sample bags, core trays etcOther duties as requiredTo be considered you must have and provide:Hold a valid HR-B licence requiredExperience on Schramm 685 (highly regarded)Currently Reside in QueenslandPrevious RC Driller's Offsiding Experience is requiredAbility to pass a pre-employment medicalClean Police Record from within the last 3 monthsA solid commitment to safetyAustralian Citizenship or Permanent ResidentWorking at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket (not required, but highly regarded)Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetBe willing to put in the hard yards in training.Serious physical and mental fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding.
