Experienced Project Manager - High End Residential ProjectsEstablished for over 20 years, our client is a reputable builder based in Sydney's North Shore. They currently operate in the high-end residential space, and have plans to expand their reach in the coming few years, and are looking for the right people to help expand their team.The RoleDue to continued growth and project successes they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.Reporting to the Construction Manager you will initially be responsible for delivering a $6M project in the north shore. Your role will be partially on-site and partially in the head office.To be successful in the role you will be commercially astute, have project managed high-end residential projects previously and be comfortable leading projects from start to finish.Day to day you would be involved in the following:Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.Managing clients and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycleProviding technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management.Problem solving issues on site as required. This is a hybrid role where you will spend time working both from site and in the office. Your skills and experience will include:Minimum 5 years experience as a PMPrevious experience in high-end residential is a must-have requirement working on projects of at least $5M+Previous experience working on site is advantageous.Experience required in Head Contract Management. Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related field.Experience in Procore and Microsoft Projects is highly valued.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
