These roles are forecast to begin throughout 2024, across several different departments within the mine.  We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational teams either now or in the near future. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive mine site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.  Roles will be Fly-in-Fly-Out from Brisbane or Cairns, or Bus-In-Bus-Out from Mackay. The roster will be a 7:7 rotating roster. Why not you? Why not now?  Roles Include:  Haul Truck Operators -  CAT 793 | 797Excavator/Shovel Operators  - Hitachi 5600 | CAT 6040, 6060Grader Operators - CAT 16M | 24MDozer Operators  - CAT D10 | D11  Multi skilled Operators - 2 or more from the above list About You 12 months + minimum experience in Coal MiningMinimum 'C' Class Driver's licence Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence Motivated, enthusiastic individual who shows initiative and can work with minimal supervision  Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure  About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
