Experienced Production Operator We are looking for skilled production team members who have existing people leadership skills and want to grow a career with a global company.

Agricultural chemical production might be new to you, but your desire to learn and grow yourself and others around you will see you step up into informal leadership and later supervisory positions as they arise.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inputting raw materials and setting up and operating production and packing line machinery. Ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Identifying and troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and the QC laboratory. To be successful, you will have the following: Ideally, you will come from a chemical or FMCG manufacturing background. Ability to inspire and lead others, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. An ambition to advance your career. Empathy for others and the ability to co-create a supportive, inclusive work environment. Willingness to take ownership of your work and nurture personal and team accountability. Therefore, we require all employees to attend a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test, which is paid for and organised by Bayer.
