Located in a Purpose Built modern office in the CBD of , you will be managing a portfolio of 150 to 160 maximum properties with great landlords and tenants using PropertyMe software & working in a Champion Team of Champions which just featured as a Finalist Nationally.
A Modern Company Car provided for Work hours.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful candidate:
An experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 18 months experience
Experienced in PropertyMe software
Excellent attention to detail
An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords
Well presented and corporate attire
Hold an OFT Certificate of Registration and current drivers license
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will enjoy:
