Experienced Pastry Cook

A well-established family-owned Wholesale Bakery based in the Northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook. This position is a full-time role, qualifications and previous experience in a similar role will be necessary.We require:Fully qualified Pastry CookMinimum of 2 years' experience is essentialKnowledge of baking, methods of mixing, baking times, and baking temperaturesKnowledge of bakery productsAbility to follow Glenroy Bakery recipes and bake on a large scaleAble to operate Bakery equipment and ovensRequired for Sunday to Thursday – day shiftThe candidate must have a strong work ethic with a willingness to be part of a busy teamA self-starter with the ability to work well under pressureCan adhere to all Food Safety & OH&S regulations.Immediate startWe can offer:Full-time positionGood wages and working conditionsExcellent career opportunityOnly candidates who meet the required criteria will be contacted.
