Mount Gravatt Mazda have an exciting position for an experienced Parts Interpreter , as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, and delivering quality service and repair work to join our Parts Department team.
This role is based at Eagle Farm Working closely with the Parts Manager, You will be responsible for: Identifying parts and components Consulting catalogues Carrying out storage and stock control procedures Materials handling Sales activities Guest advice Receiving and filling orders for parts Invoice preparation Organising dispatch As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes: Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable Have excellent organisational and time management skills Previous experience working within a stores/warehouse environment Computer literacy and an understanding of logistics & transport issues will be an advantage Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic An understanding or working knowledge of Mazda parts preferred experience advantageous, but not essential Be a team player and Be able to work autonomously Personal presentation Sound mechanical knowledge Sound knowledge of DealerPro System Qualifications as a Parts Interpreter (Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpretation) - would be highly desirable Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland) Must work in line with Mount Gravatt Mazda's Values and Supporting Behaviour In return, Mount Gravatt Mazda will offer:
