Experienced Office Administrator $75K-$80K Base + Super Diverse Role with a Growing Local Business!
Are you a skilled Office Administrator with experience in the trades or construction sector?
This fast-paced, rewarding role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and creating order in a busy environment.
A bout the Role: Step into a role where no two days are the same!
You'll handle everything from managing incoming enquiries and scheduling trades to invoicing and general administrative support.
If you have a knack for implementing systems and streamlining processes, this role is calling your name.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage day-to-day office operations and support the Director.
Handle customer and general enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Schedule trades, book jobs, process quotes, and invoices.
Coordinate job cost tracking and materials ordering.
Design and implement systems to improve workflow and efficiency (using tools like Asana and System Hub).
Provide training and foster a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For: Office Admin Experience: Preferably in construction or trade industries.
Organisation Guru: Neat, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: Nothing gets past you!
Team Player: Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team.
