Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking an Experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of new Mazda vehicles in the Mawson Lakes area.
What you'll be doing Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Mazda vehicle to suit their requirementsConducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Mazda modelsNegotiating sales agreements and closing deals in a professional and ethical mannerMaintaining detailed customer records and following up on sales leadsCollaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targetsProviding exceptional after-sales customer service and supportWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a successful New Car Sales Consultant, preferably within the automotive industryStrong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close dealsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approachA passion for the Mazda brand and a deep understanding of Mazda's product rangeStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentValid driver's licence and the ability to undertake test drives with customersWhat we offer
