A friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient reception team is essential in providing excellent patient service to our community in Jerrabomberra. We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist who will report directly to the reception manager.
We are a busy 9 doctor general practice, with a pediatrician and nursing team of 4. Our reception team of 7 provides quality patient care and excellent support to our doctors and nursing team. Your role in the reception team is important and we value your commitment and motivation.
Medical reception areas of responsibility include practice culture, patient journey, administrative duties, billing and quality improvement activities. We use Microsoft suite, Hot Doc, Cubiko, Practice Hub and Best Practice software.

The Surgery at Jerra is open Monday to Saturday, including Thursday evenings. The successful candidate will be required across Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
