Experienced Medical Receptionist

Family Doctor is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at Fremantle Family Doctors South Street at Hilton, WA.

About the role:
We are looking for someone who values teamwork and has a high regard for quality patient care. This role provides front-line services and has the responsibilities of guiding our patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors, and staffGreeting patients and visitors in person and on the phoneScheduling appointments for patientsGeneral office and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as requiredAbout you:
Strong communication and IT skillsPrevious medical receptionist experienceAbility to multitaskThe ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience using Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailExperience in customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHow to apply:
