About the role We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly team at Health Matters Medical Centre in Paralowie, South Australia. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of our busy medical practice. This is a key strategic role that will have a direct impact on the success and growth of our organisation.
6 Doctor Independent Family PracticeBased at ParalowieReporting to the three Practice PrincipalsPart Time Role – 3 days per weekJob Description:
• Using leadership skills to enhance the practice team environment
• Coordinate staff employment and rosters, including annual leave 
• Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Supervising Recall/ Reminder, scanning, filing, and faxing patient correspondence.
• Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Working with the team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.
• Understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professionals
• Risk assessment and Management
• Quality Improvement leadership
• Equipment and software data security monitoring
• Ensuring all practice equipment is maintained
• Maintain compliance with regulations and keep up to date with new legislation 
• Ensure the practice meets RACGP Accreditation Standards
Ideally You Will Have:

A focus on patient care and providing a personalised service to patients and families
