About the Role: Tropical Coast Plumbing are based in Rockhampton , Mackay , and Townsville in Queensland, Australia, and are currently seeking the services of multiple experienced maintenance plumbers for both Site and Town positions.
As an experienced maintenance plumber, your role will involve but is not limited to:
Enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs Meet company KPIs including achieving business goals Complete all work to a high standard in an acceptable time frame, whilst holding a high attention to detail Help to cultivate great team culture Disciplined in maintaining a high level of work output Quality presentation of yourself and company vehicle Ability to create strong customer relationships Strong desire to complete work to the best of your ability Initiative in decision making and problem solving Enthusiastic approach to your role in business Desire to create a positive work culture Great communication and outstanding customer service What you will need: Qualified Plumber Trade certificate including 2 years trade comprehensive knowledge Previous experience in maintenance plumbing (necessity) Gas Fitter qualified (desirable) You have a strong customer focus and go the extra mile to deliver quality work.
