As a hands-on member, you'll play a pivotal role in our construction endeavors.Responsibilities:Coordinating a team and meeting daily/weekly posting targetsAttend site daily pre-starts and coordinate with site foreman on daily plans and future works to keep walls cut and pegged in front at all timesPerform and record team daily pre-starts/toolbox talksTraining staff, conducting team performance reviews, and reporting to the directorAdhering to performance reviewsCoordinate with team on-site workplace health and safety standardsOperations of excavator/skid steerOrdering of posts and concrete in advanceTaking quality assurance photos daily on iPad/app providedFollow site plans and engineering drawings providedAdding in wall measurements at the end of each day before leaving siteDouble/triple check over all work before leaving site (e.g., pads, posts are to the strings, run your eye over the posts - adjust and correct if necessary)About You:We're seeking individuals with a background in construction leading hand and machine operation, coupled with a commitment to excellence.
Essential qualifications include a valid driver's license, white card, skid steer, excavation, and dogging tickets.
