We service the full spectrum of employment law needs of privatesector employers and all three tiers of government. In this roleyou will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of areasincluding employment, industrial relations and discrimination. Ourteam also works in all of the tribunals and courts.

Aboutyou As our new Employment Lawyer youwill be dedicated to helping our clients meet their objectives todevelop practical and innovative solutions. You will need to beconscientious, have the highest standards of professional conductand want to continuously improve on everything you do. A strongattention to detail, excellent analytical & drafting skills, acritical and inquisitive mind, and strong communication skills arehighly valued.
To excel in this role you will alsoneed to:
Have experience in eithertransactional/corporate support employment work or work healthand safety (WHS) Be a team player Willing to support and mentorjunior members of the team Manage your time efficientlyand use initiative Be pro-active and prioritiseactivities according to level of need Work autonomously, while havinga collaborative attitude in an environment that values theteam Remain calm underpressure Maddocks is simply a great place to do great work.
