Due to unprecedented success, our business is continually growing and we are looking to engage Experienced Technicians to grow with us!Our Hervey Bay laboratory is currently seeking Experienced Laboratory Technicians (Construction Materials Testing) with a keen interest in quality service, working as part of a team, long-term employment, ongoing development, and the opportunity to complete company-funded formal training (Certificate to Advanced Diploma level).About the roleAs an Experienced Laboratory Technician you will be committed to providing a quality service to our clients and to working within a team environment alongside industry experts and Trainees. You will work under the guidance and support of the Laboratory Manager. The position will require you to undertake both field and laboratory testing across our full scope of accreditation for materials testing in accordance with AS1289, DTMR, AS1012 & AS1141. This will also need to be done in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and the company policy & procedures.From preparing samples in the laboratory to testing on major infrastructure projects to managing a laboratory, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity, diligence, and high performance, as we understand the critical role that materials testing plays in ensuring successful construction outcomes.
