Responsibilities:
Guaranteeing timely, safe, and high-quality customer services. Optimising NDIS operations and addressing service delivery gaps. Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards. Leading through organisational change and fostering a culture of excellence. Performance management of team members. Ensure incidents and risks are managed and responded to in accordance with the standard operating procedures, relevant policies and procedures liaising with multi-lead and area lead. Set objectives, coach, mentor, and manage performance and assist Support workers in developing their skills. Implement conflict resolution practices and management. Ensure that service addresses participants' needs, is compliant with disability standards and all associated quality and safeguarding frameworks. Ensure all key performance and reporting requirements as specified by the funding contract are met. Requirements We're Seeking Candidates With:
More than 5 years proven experience in aged care, disability, or community care. A certification in AIN, Disability support or community services higher than Certificate III would be highly regarded. Extensive understanding of NDIS framework and related legislation, funding, and policies is a must. Relevant experience in a House Lead role. A certification in Leadership and management would be highly regarded. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Resilience and adaptability in managing organisational change. Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving customer needs. Proficiency in data analysis to enhance team performance. Excellent management skills that foster supportive and professional work environments to guide and mentor staff. The skills to encourage open communication with staff positively. Understanding of NDIS funding mechanisms and compliance requirements. Fantastic multitasking capabilities. The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in a professional and positive manner.
