Experienced Handy Person Required for Immediate Start (30 Hours)A casual position (30-35 hours) has become available at our busy resort for an immediate start.The successful applicant must be multi-skilled, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a busy environment.A minimum of at least 12 months previous experience is essential.Duties include:Internal and external building maintenance relevant to a busy resort, including carpentry, tile repairs, paving, and painting (internal and external).Repairing fences and mowing maintenance in rooms.Experience in roof tile cleaning and maintaining pools will be highly regarded.Daily maintenance issues for guest rooms and common areas.Vacuuming pools and spas, cleaning public areas daily.Other ad-hoc jobs related to maintenance, including plastering and painting.Efficiency – able to work independently and quickly while maintaining high standards.Applicants must meet the following criteria:Must look presentable at all times.Must have own transport.Previous experience in a similar role.Available Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required.This position is for someone who is hands-on; this is a single-person role and not a supervisory position.Benefits & Culture:At Royal Woods Resort, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and are looking for a qualified team member to ensure we can keep our villas in top shape and keep our tenants and customers happy.Please send your CV and a covering letter to ******.
