Experienced Family Lawyer

Sibley Lawyers is offering an opportunity to join our expanding team in Brisbane.
The firm provides employment law, criminal law, and family law.
Ideally, the applicant will have 4+ years post admission experience in family law, with experience in domestic violence and child protection.
Experience and preparedness to assist with criminal law files would be a bonus.
This is a very practical role, including you being responsible for:
Engaging new clients.Maintaining relationships with clients & providing analysis;Supporting key clients and providing advice;Taking affidavits and drafting applications.Preparing and advocating in Court, at conferences and hearings.The ideal candidate will be a talented communicator, allowing them to work autonomously to communicate with new clients, manage existing files and advise senior managers on the appropriate way in which to manage their matters, especially by proposing sensible and ethical solutions to problems.
