Do you live and breathe coffee? Do you dream in latte art? We want you! As our Barista Extraordinaire, you'll be the face of our cafe, crafting delicious beverages, curating memorable experiences, and contributing to an environment where creativity and customer connection thrive. Responsibilities:

Create and serve a variety of exceptional coffee and tea beverages Engage with customers, sharing your coffee knowledge and recommendations Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting cafe Stay on top of inventory, ensuring we're always stocked with the finest beans and supplies Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new drinks and seasonal specials Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a related role is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right person! Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the craft Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A positive, team-oriented attitude
