And more.What is expected of you on the job: Listen to the Driller and follow their guidanceConducting daily pre-start equipment checksCompleting necessary safety paperwork and processesAssisting with routine rig / machine / equipment / tool maintenance and cleaningLoading and unloading heavy vehiclesAssist in set up / dismantle / move rigs and associated equipmentManual Handling of drill rods, sample bags, core trays etcOther duties as requiredTo be considered you must have and provide: Hold a valid HR-B licence required Previous Driller's Offsiding experience is required.Currently Reside in Perth, WAAbility to pass a pre-employment medicalClean Police Record from within the last 3 monthsA solid commitment to safetyAustralian Citizenship or Permanent ResidentWorking at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket (not required, but highly regarded)Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetBe willing to put in the hard yards in training.Serious physical and mental fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding.
