SOEL Opportunity This is a permanent opportunity for a Experienced Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our team at our Nedlands, North Fremantle or Attadale centres.
Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.00pm. Work collaboratively with children and engage in an Atelier space central to each centre. Developing, implementing and evaluating daily care routines and programmes for individual children and groups. Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers. Embrace personal growth and quality improvement through learning and reflective procedures. The Ideal Educator will have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification. Current Working with Children Card. Valid Australian Working Rights. Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers. Willingness to learn and collaborate with others. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated understanding of 'child safe' environment.
