Sales Administrator Role Overview: As a CSM / Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for managing sales documents, coordinating marketing and advertising, handling contracts, and liaising with vendors, solicitors, buyers, and other stakeholders.

This is a high-performing team, known for their success and excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Assist a team of four with administrative tasks and listing preparations.
Coordinate pre-settlement inspections, pest, and strata inspections.
Support the sales team to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Attend photoshoots and marketing appointments.
Manage open homes and assist in preparing Auction and open home packs.
Aid in campaign management and liaise with vendors and buyers.
Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in real estate sales administration is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the right attitude and a positive approach to teamwork.
Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, goal-driven individual who thrives in a high-performing team.
Flexibility to handle in-office duties as well as off-site tasks (training provided for 3D property scans and floor plans).
Familiarity with database management and technology.
Must reside in the Macarthur region.
