Experienced Cook / Chef - Ariel'S Shellharbour (Civic Centre)

Ariel's is excited to open a brand-new location at the Shellharbour Civic Centre and we're looking for an experienced and passionate chef or cook to join our dynamic team. If you have a love for fresh, innovative dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role:

Prepare and create delicious breakfast and lunch menus using fresh, local ingredients.
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, following Ariel's guidelines.
Contribute to menu development, including seasonal specials.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cafe management to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or experienced cook in a busy cafe or restaurant.
A passion for food, creativity in menu design, and a commitment to quality.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
