WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experienced civil construction laboring and plant operation A go-getter attitude and solid problem-solving skills Good Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information, collaborate with team members, and interact professionally with the public.

Physical Stamina and Attention to Detail: strong endurance and resilience to work in all types of conditions.
Reliable: Consistent and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications: Highly desirable MR or HR license.
Tickets in mobile plant machinery (rollers, excavators, dump trucks, haul trucks etc.)
Experience in road works and asphalting.
Chainsaw operation and maintenance.
Traffic control ticket Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation : Clean and prepare the area to be patched, which includes removing damaged asphalt, debris, or other materials to create a smooth surface for the new asphalt.
Roller Operation : Use a roller (typically a vibratory roller) to compact the asphalt, ensuring a smooth, stable surface.
This requires knowledge of different compaction techniques based on the type of asphalt used and the area being repaired.
Asphalt Mixing and Heating : Some roles may require you to operate machinery that mixes or heats asphalt to the right temperature for optimal application.
Tree Pruning and Trimming: Using chainsaws or hand tools to trim branches, shape trees and remove dead or diseased branches for safety reasons.
