Permanent or casual chef for a busy Bar and Brewery in Busselton.
For a chef with a few years experience or a Sous Chef interested in American BBQ and meat smoking Requires availability to start before Xmas Salary guide: $72,000 Busselton WA The venue opens for both lunch and dinner service, so the position allows for a mixture of day / night / weekend shifts over 5 days.
You'll be running the American BBQ and Smoker kitchen and its team, including support and mentoring to junior staff, ordering, stock control, rostering.
