The successful candidate will have a Trade Certificate III in Cabinet Making and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field. They will be proficient in operating a variety of machinery within the factory environment and will have a strong understanding of finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will be able to install hardware and other necessary components with precision and accuracy. They will also be dedicated to maintaining a safe and well-organized workshop environment.
