Responsibilities
Lead engaging and dynamic reformer Pilates classes, adapting sessions to accommodate a range of fitness levels and individual needs. Provide personalised instruction to clients, ensuring proper form, alignment, and safety throughout exercises. Design customised Pilates programs that support clients' fitness goals, including strength, flexibility, and core stability. Educate clients on Pilates principles, breathing techniques, and the benefits of regular practice. Monitor client progress, offer constructive feedback, and make adjustments to routines to keep sessions challenging and effective. Ensure a welcoming and positive environment that motivates clients and fosters community. Maintain and prepare equipment before and after each session, ensuring everything is clean, in good working condition, and adheres to safety standards. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in Pilates and share relevant information with clients. Handle client questions and concerns professionally, providing guidance and encouraging long-term engagement with the program. Collaborate with the studio team to develop promotional events, workshops, or special programs to attract and retain clients. Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and reformer techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt exercises for different client needs and abilities. Professional and friendly approach, with a commitment to client wellbeing. Qualifications
Certified Pilates Instructor (with a focus on Reformer Pilates). At least 1 year of experience in teaching reformer Pilates. Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (flexibility required). Contract type: Permanent. Shift Pattern: 6.00am – 8.00pm. Job Type: Part-time. Pay: £30.00-£32.00 per hour. Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week.
