The Role:
Impact Services is committed to excellence in service delivery, fostering a professional and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Albany and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. This role is offered on a part-time basis, with the ideal candidate available to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on select days, preferably including Fridays.
You will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to promote smooth and efficient organisational operations. Deliver high-quality customer service by managing phone enquiries and addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling general enquiries. Assist in preparing and managing documents, such as correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes for staff members. Coordinate and manage bookings for meetings, events, travel, catering, and special functions as required. Oversee office supply orders, acting as the incurring and certifying officer for purchases, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs. About you:
Do you have 3+ years' experience in administration? Are you friendly, positive, and professional in client and staff interactions? Are you able to work as part of a team but also autonomously? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Are you excellent in organisational, time management and administration? Are you proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word?
