Job Summary:
Mahonys are looking for experienced A-double operators for a full-time immediate start. This position is available for immediate start. Experience in tippers preferred. Permanent position with a permanent truck for the right applicant.
The truck available is a 2023 Scania R770 with A-Double Tri-dolly trailers. You will be required to be away from home for up to 4-5 nights per week, and weekend availability is necessary.
Job tasks and responsibilities: Navigating vehicles for loading and unloading transported goodsAdhering to safety policies and proceduresRegularly monitoring vehicles and equipment to ensure they're safe, and reporting any concerns accordinglyAdhering to load limitations and weightsEnsuring transported goods are secure to minimize loss or damageWorking well within a team and unsupervisedRequirements: Current MC LicenceCurrent medicalClean driving recordGood attitudeDesirable (but not essential to start): BFM AccreditationFront End Loader and Bobcat LicencePolice CheckSerious, reliable applicants only. Some tech knowledge is required, but training is provided. Please do not apply if you do not have an MC license.
