About the Role: The Experience Designer will work closely with the global Business Tools & Oversight team as well as Front Office Support & Governance and key Enablement functions and will be involved in the management and maintenance of the Markets Front Office Resource Centre.

What will your day look like? As an Experience Designer, you are accountable for the following:
Governance of the Markets Front Office Resource Centre's (MFORC) change management process – the MFORC is a SharePoint database site that manages data and workflow requirements to support Front Office Supervisors to discharge their supervisory obligations and provides Markets staff, Business Managers, Desk Risk Managers key resources to execute responsibilities. The MFORC includes resources on the following, but are not limited to:Dealing Room access requestsDealer MandatesBusiness Instruction ManualFTE profilesAttestationsMiFID Trading venues onboarding and invoicing processes via an Appian workflowThe migration of existing SharePoint content on the MFORC (lists, forms, workflows…etc.) to SharePoint OnlineSharePoint workflow and site creation as required by the businessOversight of the Appian Onboarding workflow which is the solution used to manage event-based tasks for Markets Front Office staff movementsDevelop and maintain reports using data visualisation tools (i.e. QlikSense) to meet stakeholders' requirements, ensuring data accuracy and relevanceFacilitate self-service capabilities by creating user-friendly dashboards and providing training and support to enable stakeholders to generate their own insights What will you bring? Experience and knowledge of governance, compliance, regulation and how to operationalise regulatory requirements for a sound control environmentExperience in agile methodology and software; with knowledge of Appian, JIRA, Confluence, Python, Qlik or similar tools considered as an advantageProficient in software tools Excel and SharePoint (including creating and maintaining workflows) with a willingness to learn new tools to support the Markets businessStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable solution designsKnowledge of software development processes demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to a high standardExperience working collaboratively within teams Job Posting End Date: 12/11/2024, 11.59pm, (Melbourne Australia)
