We're seeking an Experience Designer who can deliver aesthetically beautiful and meaningful experiences.
You must have a portfolio that demonstrates clever design thinking as well as physical and visual design skills.
This is a freelance position with potential for conversion to full-time in approximately 3 months.

You are aesthetically agile and can design for a variety of brands with different styles, tones, palettes, and voices.
You are self-motivated and strive for creative excellence by going above and beyond project asks and requirements.
You are eager to develop creative concepts that integrate a thoughtful user experience.
You like getting your hands dirty—utilizing rapid prototyping technologies and low fidelity prototypes to prove out design concepts.
You have 2-4 years experience, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
Responsibilities Creative Concepting – Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Creative Technologists to create concepts that are inventive, strategic, and create meaningful experiences for audiences.
3 D Design – Create environmental designs and/or product design depending on the concept and project needs.
Collaborate with production designers and engineers to make buildable final designs.
User Experience Design – Concept, develop and diagram the user experience through storyboards and flowcharts.
Contribute to key decisions around the experience, ensuring that the design and conceptual vision remains consistent and on brand.
Idea Communication – Contribute to concepting discussions with internal teams to thoroughly explain decisions and processes.
Bring Ideas to Fruition – Contribute to the project needs at every stage, including concepting, pre-production, and production.
Creative Excellence – Adapt best practices and tools to produce best in class experiences across a variety of verticals and projects.
Tap into culture and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies.
Desired Skills Experiential Design – Contribute to the experiential aspects of a project including physical design (form, materials, fit/finish) and experience design (user journey, layout, flow).
Concept Development – Craft cross-discipline ideas including any supporting visuals and necessary write-ups.
3 D Modeling – Proficient in either Rhino or Sketchup, strong preference to candidates with Rhino experience and Enscape familiarity.
Must be able to quickly and thoughtfully visualize concepts.
Concept Visualization – Communicate abstract concepts with compelling visual mockups using whatever media you feel most comfortable with: sketching, rendering, photoshop, AI, etc.
Hybrid Candidates Ideal candidates are those who can contribute across several disciplines.
We're a small and collaborative creative team (with mostly multidisciplinary backgrounds).
