Join the team Lead the team of UX/UI designers to navigate challenges, develop plans and deliver results that impact our Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand.Creating a consistent and thoughtful end to end experiences for team members, this role looks to increase engagement and satisfaction with digital tools used in stores daily.
What you'll be doing As the Experience Design Manager working for Kmart, you will:     Shape and define the design vision and strategy for our Digital Stores program, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.Lead, approach and assemble resources for key pieces of work considering end to end processes.Complete strategic initiatives and prioritisation, utilising your understanding of store operations, resource balancing, and people management in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders within the business to implement innovative and sound design strategies.Work with team members to navigate challenges, provide general direction and mentorship.Provide coaching and development opportunities within the team to support individual performance and career goals.
To be successful in this role you'll have:  7-10 years' experience leading teams.Degree qualified in design.Experience leading a team to successfully achieve a common goal.Experience overseeing design, implementation and delivery of processes, programs or policies.Strong stakeholder management experience with examples of influencing and driving change in an organisation.
