We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Customer Trust Hub! Be a Strategist: lead the strategic design and delivery of initiatives that evolve the way in which Medibank protects our health insurance and health services customers.CX Hero: Work with the CX team to deliver effective design sprints, ensuring alignment with end-to-end development efforts.Collaborator: Contribute to the Customer Hub operating rhythms and deliverables, including stand ups, sprint planning and execution against OKR's.Customer Focused: Lead market and customer insight generation to establish the strategic direction of initiatives and Customer Trust Hub focus.Who You Are Now, let's talk about you! You thrive in a dynamic environment, using your problem-solving skills and strategic frameworks to navigate challenges.
You have a background in strategic/human centred design and development or product and portfolio management, with at least 10 years of experience under your belt and a business-related degree to back you up.Your track record showcases advanced knowledge of common product development frameworks, Human Centred Design principles and Design Thinking methodologies and demonstrated success in build and implementation.You're comfortable with integrating customer insights into every stage of the human centred design and testing process.Known for your initiative, you excel at juggling competing stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities. Your analytical prowess and innovative, collaborative approach set you apart.Communication is your superpower! You're an effective storyteller with the ability to bring together both quantitative and qualitative data.Previous experience in healthcare and/or financial services sector is a bonus but not a must-have.If you're ready to embark on this exciting journey with us, we can't wait to meet you!
