Crystalbrook Kingsley  has transformed Newcastle's former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café along with two private meeting venues.
With the City Hall Civic Theatre, Newcastle Art Gallery and War Memorial moments away, Kingsley is culturally connected, celebrating what has been and what is to come.
THE ROLE: You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by: Anticipating and attending to guest queries.
Checking guests in and out with efficiency, friendliness and flair.
Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with other departments, to ensure that the Hotel's rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
Happily working to busy rosters that range across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster.
ABOUT YOU: Your many talents will include: Previous guest service experience (hotel experience an advantage) A logical, common sense approach to resolving concerns.
An empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.
Proficient in computer applications (Opera PMS an advantage) Having a manual driver's licence.
Familiar with Newcastle and the wider Hunter region.
Demonstrated 'can-do' approach to your duties.
