CHEF DAVID:
Chef David Restaurant is doing Asian Fusion Cuisine which is authentic Sichuan style food.
We are located on Elizabeth street, CBD Melbourne.
If you had experience in Bar, you could enjoy working with a variety of unusual ingredients to create new cocktail.
You will work within a company that is dedicated to training, systems, and consistency with an emphasis on high quality and customer satisfaction.
Also Chef David is ideal for someone wanting to grow within an energetic environment and friendly team.
You will be benefited from ongoing training and opportunities to get involved from stock control to menu development, as well as target bonus when target achieved.

Know How to make cocktail
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry
A friendly, energetic and hard-working attitude and the ability to prioritise tasks
Previous experience working in a fast paced bar or high volume events environment
Clean, professional clothing and stellar grooming habits
Ability to provide high level customer service
A valid RSA
Responsibilities could include:
Tap beer pour
Basic cocktail knowledge
Drink tray carry
Taking orders
General bar maintenance
Managing stock control
Drink line maintenance
Waste management
Delivery coordination
