Job DescriptionOur Role The Expedition Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Expedition department, which includes guest lecturers. Overall responsible for recruiting and scheduling the expedition team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a passion for adventure travel and a proven track record in people management and operations. The successful candidate is a hands-on role model, who is accountable, engaging and sets a clear direction for the team.
