Our Store Managers play an integral part in the success of their stores and the wider Fresh & Save business.

Level 3 GRIA
Sunday to Thursday 38 hours Fulltime -Immediate Start:

Effectively resolve all customer related enquiries and complaints.
Minimise customer complaints received.
Build effective working relationships with the Department Managers and individual employees.
Actively promote high quality customers service ensuring that staff present themselves professionally to store guidelines and meet the agreed service standard at all times.
Ensure regulatory compliance across the departments in all areas relating to regulatory impact, including but not limited to compliance with store policies, the Food safety programme and Health and Safety programme.
Ensure operational delivery standards are met or exceeded including:
Ensuring the shop is full and appealing throughout the hours of trade, that stock levels are controlled appropriately.
Ensure all appropriate signage is displayed correctly and that the advertised product is displayed meaningfully.
Merchandising the department appropriately, as per the Fresh & Save format, building attractive/eye catching displays and ensuring the department merchandising standards invite purchases through attention to detail.
Manage the layout of the department to maximize stock visibility to enhance sales potential.
Undertake the assigned tasks of a Duty Manager including:
Circulating around the shop floor on a regular basis to ensure the maintenance of the store's overall appearance.
Monitoring department staff to ensure customer service and productivity levels are maintained at all times.
Monitoring checkout service and customer flow
Controlling store security (e.g.
ensure the rear store door is locked and secured.)
Taking direction from Department Managers re: workflow.
Communicating back to Department Managers and Senior Managers with any issues.
Ensuring end of day procedures are completed as per individual department requirements.
