About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Exercise Specialist / Membership Experience Consultant

to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in all areas of our Centre, including reception, membership sales, gym floor supervision, and creating personalised exercise programmes for our members. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with members on the gym floor, providing professional, balanced, and personalised fitness advice, supervision, and support. Develop and administer individual fitness assessments and exercise programmes. Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of the fitness centre and equipment. Provide up-to-date information on fitness centre services, promotions, and membership options. Assist with the opening and closing of the Centre, as well as administrative tasks related to member documentation and promotions.

Skills and Experience:

Relevant qualifications in Fitness, current Fitness Australia/FITREC registration, and appropriate insurances. A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help and motivate others. Experience in gym supervision, customer service, and member engagement. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and nights. Working With Children Check.
