Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.
Join the Hobart team as an Exercise Scientist, a role dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.
By combining traditional exercise science methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.
Responsibilities include:
Actively engage on the training floor by conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clientsApply scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clientsProvide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performanceDevelop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clientsEstablish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clientsGuide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injuryComplete a range of administrative dutiesConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIf you are a graduate/experienced Exercise Scientist, with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.
