We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Exercise Physiology interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Parramatta NSW . You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to achieve health and work outcomes. This opportunity as a Rehabilitation Consultant includes exposure to IPAR's innovative services, including our pain education Re-thinking Recovery program, which uses virtual reality and modern pain science to help clients understand pain and re-train their brain and body. Duties of the role include: Case management with manageable caseloads, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants. Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes. Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs. Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals. Completing various assessments using your allied health skills. Delivering our innovative virtual reality pain education program. Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology with registration from ESSA and SIRA accreditation. Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. Compassion, kindness, and empathy are essential. Strong time management skills are a must. Current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance is required.
